I believe that before any woman can receive welfare, that a DNA test be done. And if she refuses to name the father, then that would only delay her in receiving benefits. I also believe that, at birth, all children should be DNA tested. Even if the  parents are married. 

Not naming the biological father on the birth certificate, and or government papers to receive public benefits, aka welfare, is FRAUD. And the woman will have committed perjury under oath signing the documents that swears she told the truth on that document. 

 Knowing who your biological parents are is a Human Right. And a sense of knowing who you are, and where you come from. 

DNA can set a wrongly convicted murder free, however, if a  noncustodial parent who proves Paternity Fraud with DNA evidence, is still responsible for paying child support. Even when there is no psychological connection. This is insanity. We must stand up and demand a change in paternity determination! 

Please continue to sign and share my petition. Colorado has made Fertility Fraud a crime. 

So why not make Paternity Fraud a Crime in Colorado as well? Get on it Colorado!
