Earlier this week, Patricia (Tricia) Schmidt, an ESE inclusion teacher at Lely Elementary, verbally assaulted children on a walk with their mother in the Kings Lake neighborhood. Her racist profanities were caught on video, a police report was made, and she was placed on administrative leave by CCPS.

Racism in our schools and our community will not be tolerated. We demand she be immediately terminated with no possibility of rehire anywhere in the county.
