The Coca-Cola Company is a total beverage company, selling their products in more than 200 countries. They were also among the first multinational companies to embrace the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. However, research shows how the Coca-Cola Company has failed to protect and respect the human rights of its employees. 

The company has been criticized for violating business ethics in human rights, pollution, climate change, and unethical marketing. Human rights abuses such as torture, systematic intimidation, kidnapping, murder, and labour exploitation are taking place in Coca-Cola's bottling plants. Studies show these crimes are taking place in the Philippines, Ireland, Haiti, Colombia, and Guatemala but this does not mean it is not occurring in other countries as well. 

The purpose of this petition is to spread awareness about these violations taking place around the world. As human rights activists our main goal is to bring these cases to people's attention. We cannot allow a company to take away the human rights of these workers.
