Z-52 on Shallowford Rd. has been continued now for eight months. The property has been cleaned up a little in places and is much worse in others. It is time for this case to be heard by Cobb County Planning Commission. No more stalling from the zoning attorney. At this time the case is scheduled to be heard on June 4th.
Please review our revised letter of stipulations which we feel are needed to bring the 2.88 acres back into compliance. Neigborhood retail and offices are the most appropriate next to a neighborhood. Not an industrial junk yard being used for waste transfer.
Please review the new letter and if you know anyone who would like to sign, please pass it on. This is an important case and we need to get it right.
