To whom this may concern,

I write to plead with your News Agency to dispatch a reporter to Ha Tinh, Vietnam to investigate the poisoning of ocean water which has resulted in the death of marine lives. Tons and tons of fish had beached and died along the shores of the Central Vietnam. Individuals who consumed these fish are hospitalized with internal organs damaged. Those who came into contact with the water are under medical care for serious rashes and hives.

All evidence points to a steel mill located right on the ocean shore at Vung-Ang, Ha-Tinh which is owned and operated by Formosa, a Taiwanese Company for releasing of toxic chemical waste directly into the ocean.

At present, no reponsibility is taken. Massive marine death continues, people are ill and ocean damage continues.

Please help the voiceless poor of Central Vietnam by speaking up and out to the world about this raping of the Pacific Ocean and of Mother Earth.
