We approached the CME to launch the Micro-Indices back in 2012. These finally launched this year with excellent success and participation. We now see a very strong need for a Micro-Crude product. 

We are petitioning for the equivalent of the WTI Crude Oil contract (Exchange Symbol: CL) but with 1/10th the size. This would provide access to many who speculate on crude oil futures, but would do so at a lower risk and cost. The existing mini-Crude contract is not sufficient.
