Praveen Pardeshi, secretary to the CM, said that moving tribals out of the forest will increase the population of the wildlife in the forests as the forest will be free of human habitation. If this is true then why not move Metro car shed and all proposed development projects out of the forest and free the forest of human as well as commercial habitation. Tribals are pushed out of the forest under the pretext of forest protection and infrastructure is pushed in under the garb of development. 

When questioned why an Eco-sensitive zone is used for slum rehabilitation, Pardeshi says that there is no nearby land availability. How come land becomes easily available for real estate and infrastructure projects but not for slum rehabilitation or metro car shed?
