The plot near Aarey Colony over which fire was set on December 3,  has changed from No Development Zone to Special Development Zone in the new Development Plan throwing our jungles open for concretisation. 

Continuous fires (29 over last 11 years) have allowed plot to remain without forest cover, thus favouring bureaucracy to allow the change of status of land.
