Hi All, 

Today, we submitted a copy of the petition and all comments to Aaron Callaghan, the Parks Planning and Recreation Manager at Inner West Council. You can see a copy of the email in the photos attached to this post. 

We have previously received advice to state local councils typically only consider petitions with full names and an email or physical address. The physical address can be anywhere you live, work or study in the Inner West. Unfortunately, despite requiring an email to sign this petition, Change.org does not allow us to see or download these emails and submit them against names - we only have whatever name you signed up as, a city (e.g. 'Sydney', 'Marrickville' etc.), a postcode and the date you signed. 

If this is the case, we will organise a few dates/times where volunteers will be at Yeo Park with a physical sign-up sheet allowing people to note either their email address or physical address. We have been advised that as few as 50 signatures is enough for a petition to be taken seriously.
