We’re deeply grateful for your continued support. Today, The Times (UK) published a new article on our fight for answers about Jenna’s death. It’s now being reported under the crime section — a sobering but necessary shift that finally reflects the seriousness of what happened.

For those who don’t know the full story:

Our 15-year-old daughter, Jenna, was killed in a preventable boat incident while on a school-organized expedition to the Maldives. She suffered catastrophic injuries, but the emergency response failed her completely. Since then, we’ve been met with silence, obstruction, and indifference from the school, their overseas partner, and the authorities involved. That silence forced us — her grieving parents — to become investigators.

What’s even more distressing is the school’s ongoing attitude: no independent inquiry, no transparency, no accountability. Their stance has only reinforced why we started this petition — to close the regulatory loopholes that allow Private Funded Schools (PFS) like this one to operate without proper oversight.

This was not an unavoidable accident. It was a systemic failure — one that could happen again to another child unless meaningful reform is enacted.

We will not stop until that happens. Please continue sharing this petition. The louder our voices, the harder we are to ignore.

Thank you again for standing with us.
