On Monday, October 11, 2021, Christin S. Harris stopped by the EXXON located at the 2500 block of Columbia Drive in Decatur, Ga to purchase some snacks. While standing in line, an armed gunman approached Christin from behind in attempt to rob him and shot him in the torso. Christin was pronounced dead on the scene. 

There has been numerous armed robberies, murders and crimes reported at this convenience store. The gas station is located next to a poorly managed Decatur apartment complex where residence come from too loiter at the EXXON. Due to the nature of the environment and high crime rate, the EXXON is required to have a security guard on site during hours of operation and they do not. The owners are failing to protect the patrons and the staff from the potential dangers surrounding this neglected facility. 

Take action in your community and help prevent others from being a victim of crime at this location. We are asking you to sign this petition to get this gas station closed and bring justice to everyone that has been a victim of this high crime establishment. 

Christin was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. Let's help bring his family justice and get this store closed.
