Close down Wonder.  It’s a stain on Astoria.  Why would anyone go there when we have Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Peruvian, Cypriot, Greek, Turkish, Mexican, & Thai food, and MORE on the same street? Why is it open in the most diverse place in the world of Astoria, QUEENS? It’s a complete waste of real estate. Does it not bother you that it takes up the entire block? Why would you opt in to pay $15 for what tastes like microwaved frozen food?  Go get TGI Fridays nuggets from Trade Fair (30 second walk away) for $5 or something.  It’s not a “cheaper” alternative in any sense. There is just no benefit of it in this city. Open up one in BFN and bring back all the restaurants and shops that were cheap AND good quality. 

This petition might not affect the operations of a private business, but it’s important to at least make visible the people who care about the neighborhood in terms of its culture and small businesses.
