Well if anyone is in any doubt that the JoJos closure was a stitch up: here are the plans agreed over the summer for what to do with the site once jojos was gone .. it clearly shows the jojos site turned into retail: http://www.mattarchitecture.com/#!walkers-court/c18hk Here's the description from the plans submitted: The Sui Generis (currently occupied by Madame Jo Jo’s) will undergo extensive demolition and remodelling, involving the levelling of the floor plane, adjustment of the layout and improvements to access. This space will be linked to the ground floor Sui Generis space which is moved into the centre of the site – away from residential areas. Additionally this creates the A1 units in the lighter and more visible part of the site - activating the key corner frontages. The Box nightclub, continues to attract all manner of celebrities and royals to its exclusive club nights.
