Hey everyone, thank you so much for your very kind support to this petition, I am overwhelmed by the level of local support and strength of opinion.

I originally set a target of 200 signatures, and I am blown away that in just 3 days we already have almost 250! I am targetting this petition very locally to avoid people saying its just rent a crowd from facebook signing it from all over the UK. It's a very local issue although the principles behind it very much wider.

Wouldn't it be great if we could get up to 500 signatures from the local area as that would be almost every household in the village. So please please please share this link with everyone you know in the village and environs and lets show SODC, Taylor Wimpey, and the Environment Agency that this is not how you should go about things.
