Our Change.org petition is reaching a milestone of 1000 signatures today. Thank you all who have signed for making reaching this goal possible. The petition challenges the status quo mentality both in discussing the elephant in the living room (speaking the unspeakable, that clear mathematical evidence indicates election fraud in the Democratic primaries) and in discussing resolution of the conflict, that discussion raises, by appealing to Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, appealing to the personal, appealing to the soul, the really significant part in all of us, that never dies and never goes away. We'll have to witness the outcome, which, in the moment, I cannot predict what that might be.
I plan to spend the rest of this day working out, sending the petition to Ms Clinton and Mr. Sanders, sending it both by email and by US Postal Service, sending it in ways that they are sure to receive ti.
Thanks once again for lending your voice to this effort. I am sure it will have some sort of impact and we'll have to wait to discover what that might be.
While we wait I would like you to consider the following and how we might get this resolution before state Democratic platform committees
WHEREAS, election fraud is an attack by domestic enemies of democracy, on the American People, as deadly as any attack by foreign invaders or terrorists, striking to the very heart of our country’s political process: the right to vote and the right to election of representative government; now, therefore,
be it RESOLVED, that the Democratic Party work to enact legislation to replace unverifiable, proprietary voting machines with a system of voting with ballots counted by open source software, with data redundancy of paper ballots, secured by a documented chain of custody, and with data integrity maintained with immediate and automatic audits, and including the right by voters to a precinct spreadsheet of voting results upon request, after voting; and
be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Democratic Party work to enact legislation requiring states to maintain official voter registration information in a secure manner;
and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Democratic Party work to enact legislation in all states and national legislation covering U.S. possessions and territories in which residents are U.S. citizens with federal election voting franchise, such legislation providing that, in any federal election, when a minimum of 5% of the citizens casting regular or provisional ballots execute, contemporaneously with voting, sworn declarations alleging that to the best of their knowledge and belief, the official voter registry incorrectly reflects their true registration status with regard to party affiliation, party-non-affiliation, or registered/non-registered status, then upon verification of the accuracy of a representative sample of said declarations, the state, territory or possession shall invalidate the election result and hold the election anew. First we have to fix the rigged elections. Then we can fix the rigged economy.
