2023 is Ross's 10th year in federal prison. Throughout this ordeal, he has never received a disciplinary sanction and has spent his time helping others. He has been recognized as  a “model” prisoner by the Bureau of Prisons (BOP).

Ross clings to the hope of a second chance and dreams of a future where he can start a family with his fiancée and make positive contributions to society. If released tomorrow, he would never break the law again.
