Right from the days of struggle there has been constant hindrances that the lobby of union carbide, DOW and such big corporations have been creating.

Right after the tragedy, there were Foreign Funded agencies that were working with indians. Loaded with funds these agencies kept there interference going to divert or dissolve the movement. Zahreeli Gas Kand sangharsh Morcha had preempted there moves earlier, so kept away from these foreign funds and interventions.

But there were others who succumbed. They took those funds and since then have kept dancing on the tunes of these foreign corporations and agencies.

1. There have been plethora of foreign sponsored studies each year to DIVERT the attention from main issues.
2. ICMR was made to find out the line of treatment, but every year these agencies do some sponsored research on gas victims to change the line of treatment.
3. 2010-12 a Co. Called Sanofi Aventis did drug trials (testing there product on people) which resulted in deaths of 165 gas victims.
4. In toxic waste court battle when the mp high court ordered it to be incinerated in maharshtra. Some organizations in maharshtra running on Foreign funds opposed it.
5. In the same case when MpHC Ordered it to be incinerated in Gujrat. Some foreign funded agencies opposed it.
6. These agencies then got GIZ a german Co. to airlift the waste from here and dispose it there.
7. When the toxic waste was finally ordered by SC to be incinerated in pithampur. These foreign funded agencies opposed it there as well.

These agencies do foreign sponsored bogus researches on gas victims on the soil and water to bring out pre decided results. Thus deviating the matter from actual relief and rehabilitation. They try to involve foreign universities, corporations and agencies
