Clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene are basic human rights. They should be a normal part of daily life for everyone, everywhere – but they aren't.

In Bangladesh, 44% of people do not have access to safely managed water, and 53% people do not have access to even basic sanitation. 

We need to prioritise Sustainable Development Goal 6 - clean water and sanitation - to ensure that everyone, everywhere has access to the essentials needed for communities to unlock their potential, break free from poverty and change their lives for good

Together, we can reach everyone, everywhere with clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene within a generation – and change normal for good.
