Class Action Lawsuit Against Rancho Strata Management BC

The Issue

Many of us strata condo owners and residents have been on the receiving end to Rancho strata agents’ breach of the Strata Property Act and building Bylaws, which directly resulted in personal life interruptions and property damages. The regulatory body BCFSA sits idle and does nothing with the complaints we submit about these strata agents and their breaching of laws, while CHOA has been responsive and helpful so is the Civil Resolution Tribunal to a larger extend (even though the CRT is fraud with extensive amounts of administrative and procedural errors, internal personnel infights - cause afterall, the CRT is anything but a legitimate "court", this gives you the opportunity to bring it up to the Supreme Court of BC). 

What's at stake is people’s personal and property safety. We have documented evidence that staff from Rancho are working together to undermine their own paid customers with repeated and uncalled for harassments, threats and intimidations, trying to silence the owners’ effort to hold them accountable to their duties and the law. 

Can anyone imagine how many distressed and threatened homeowners are left with no option but to choose have another so loathed home sale to just escape from Rancho agents' harassments due to the fact that they are privileged to owners and residents' personal information and communication channel. With Rancho agents' exceptionally abnormal behaviors, we cannot help but ask "are many of them on drugs or have some kind of mental issues?", if so, they should not be working from such position in our society, they are not qualified or capable to do so. 

An important question to ask ourselves in this context is: if we are receiving professional and friendly services from establishments such as Walmart and Canadian Tire for our daily consumption needs from young workforce populations who need not pass or hold any specialized examination or certification, then, how come in the strata management industry, companies and agents were supposedly required to go through stringent examination and screenings due to the fact that we are entrusting them with intimate and important tasks to manage our intimate living environment and settings, yet we are being threatened and ganged up by them - the very people whom we pay our hard earned money to, to protect us and our community but not to imprison us or treat us like inmates in our own abodes without basic respect or dignity. 

Don’t let these heart of darkness behaviors and organizations get away with doing us wrong.
