It was announced via the Shochiku booth at ToyCon Nexus in the Philippines from the 12th - 14th of June that Madan Senki Ryukendo would receive a re-release "this august". O'Taco Bites on Facebook and Instagram later stated that the release would be on Amazon Prime globaly to celebrate the show's 20th anniversary. Since the initial anouncement, the show has not only been screened at 2 different Kaiju convntions in the US (G-Fest and Kaiju Go!) with the alleged promise of a Blu-Ray, but has also been removed from all streaming services in Japan alongside Tomica Hero Rescue Force. As of the time of me writing this, it is the 8th of September. The stated month of August has passed with no statement of delay or further word from the distributers. We are calling for Shochiku and whoever may hold the distribution rights to the show to inform the public of the corrected release information and of any delay or cancelation it may have faced.
