Petición para declarar la Barra de Mundaka "Bien de Interés Cultural y Entorno Natural Protegido". Ante la actual actuacion sobre La Playa de Laida, El Mundakako Surf Taldea/Mundaka Surf Club pide ayuda a todos los amantes del surf y de la naturaleza para proteger una ola de relevancia mundial.
La Barra de Mundaka representa uno de los mejores lugares a nivel mundial para la práctica del surf. Está situada en un entorno natural de característica únicas como es la Reserva de la Biosfera de Urdaibai. La ola de Mundaka es un referente mundial por su calidad y su espectacular entorno. Además, es el motor económico de la zona.
Ayúdanos a que las autoridades reconozcan esta ola, la Barra de Mundaka, como "Bien de Interés Cultural y Entorno Natural Protegido".

Petition to declare the MundakaSandbar “Protected Natural Environment and Location of Cultural Interest”. Due to the actual sand deploying actions onnearby Laida Beach, the Mundaka Surf Club is asking for help to all surfing andnature lovers to protect a surfing wave of international relevance.
Mundaka’s sandbar and the wave it creates represent one of the best places in the world to surf. Located in a unique setting of the Biosphere Reserve of Urdaibai, Mundaka’s wave is a world reference because of its quality and spectacular setting and surroundings. Furthermore it is the economic motor of the region.
Help us so that the authorities recognize this wave, Mundaka’s Sandbar as “Protected Natural Environment and Location of Cultural Interest”
