Reported on the FaceBook group "Muizenberg Surf Report.            Several surfers surfing in Muizenberg on Sunday and Monday have reported vomiting, sore throat, fever, body and stomach ache symptoms after the sewage outflow into Zandvlei over the past two weeks. The authorities did tests last week which they said were "compromised" so held back the results, and did further tests later in the week, the results of which were only released on Tuesday 25th, at which point the vlei was closed for recreation. Question: Is it a coincidence that the results only came out AFTER the canoe marathon had run its course?
