The City of Welland messaged me on Facebook earlier today. They said that they've heard that a petition is circulating regarding transit, but no word on their stance.

They also asked that I remove the original graphic I used for the petition as "the graphic is intellectual property of the City of Welland."

Keep sharing, keep getting the word out and we will win.
