Tim Jamison covered Tuesday's meeting at city hall in his latest front page article.

He noted the excellent turnout and more than 1,800 combined petition signatures.  

Bob Bamsey's motion that the Leisure Services Commission recommend against park sales did not get a second, and thus no vote.  A subcommittee will review the matter in more detail and reconvene next month.
