Reconstruction of the petition

First I want to thank everyone that has helped so far without your support we wouldn't have a chance. I want to let everyone know that I have reconstructed the petition to solely target the true enemy of Vero Beach Utilities customers the Florida Municiple Power Agency they are truly the reason why Vero Beach Utilities cannot be sold and that our bills are so high so from this day forward our attack is aimed at them.
