Season's greetings. It's been a while since our tax resistance campaign culminated in a successful protest in the streets of Strathcona. Our actions helped to spur Vancouver's Mayor & Council to approve funding and an emergency shelter system for our unhoused neighbours in Strathcona Park. But two months later, they still haven't acted on it.

We now have a new petition urging the City to act on its own plan to properly shelter and support our unhoused neighbours. We’re all suffering from fatigue and despair on this issue, but you can show your support for housing action and political accountability by signing and sharing the new petition. The status quo isn’t serving anyone.
