The animal control have started singling me out and stalking me to fine me. They have been waiting in the street near my house and using 2 of their 12 total officers to patrol the area looking for me and my dog. It's at the point where I am constantly stressed and anxious to leave the house when all I want is let my dog play with her friends and get some exercise.

It has got to the point of harrassment! 

We need to get more votes to get the point across that this is not OK and this totalitarian approach needs to stop.
