Letter from Local Residents Attorney to City of Tulare - Jan 16

Please read the letter brought to the City of Tulare by one of our neighbor's attorney. It highlights SO many problems with the proposed change from 139 to 360 lots, and how it can effect the surrounding neighborhoods. 

It would cause an estimated additional 3,398 daily car trips by the new homes, which means...

It will increase traffic that all of the new homes built by Woodside already experience when exiting the subdivision onto Tulare Ave., and those who travel along Morrison St to get to Prosperity. 

It will increase traffic for those dropping off and picking up their kids over by Mission Oaks.
