King is a loving family pet. He is only a year old and can be a little rambunctious. Just after Thanksgiving of 2014, he and his guardians and their children and nephews and niece were living together. The nephews and niece were play fighti...ng and hitting King with their toy weapons. King's guardian asked the kids to stop and asked her brother to stop his kids from hitting the dog. About 10 minutes later, the 7 year old boy started screaming, the tip of his ear had been bitten. King has been impounded in Adams County Shelter since 11/30/14 and the City of Thornton wants him destroyed. We are fighting for his life.
