philando castile was a 32 year old African American who was driving with his girlfriend and her 4 year old daughter. he was pulled over in a traffic stop. he informed the officer that he carried a gun but was just reaching for his license. Still, the officer shot him close range several times, his murder jeronimo yanez was not found not guilty if even though he is guilty of the murder of philando, the city of saint anthony needs to open this case back up
