Thank you Springboro for your support. Your signatures are getting attention and made a real difference at the 12 May planning commission meeting. We've come a long way but we have a ways to go. Please keep sharing this petition with your friends and neighbors - many residents are still uninformed this development is even proposed. A message reflecting a May revision to the plan that included a very small 4% reduction in living units (685 to 655), reduction of the four story buildings to three stories and removal of the parking garage has been provided for at the top of the petition. These changes are not enough! The primary focus of this petition remains the same - lower the density to lessen the impact on traffic, schools and parks, reduce the apartments and stick to the spirit of the current zoning. The plan still calls for a high density of 655 living units on this parcel. Keep signing and keep telling the city that this is not what Springboro needs!
