Economic - living wages, affordable housing, equitable opportunities for homeownership (unaffordable high-rise buildings benefit developer continued wealth)
Environmental - Food sustainable source/wellness program (free community planting garden/compost area/promote plant diets/pesticide-free foods); affordable solar panels; tree planting throughout SSF; climate change, clean air, natural resources, non-toxic environment, recycling programs, open/green spaces (parks)
