On Tuesday during the council meeting where 30+ came to speak about the issue during public comment raising their concerns the City Manager announced that the creation of a Telecommunication Ordinance has started. Your voice and signature has helped us to make a statement to the city.

However, this ordinance would not be actionable to the existing approved infrastructure and why we must keep fighting. The planning commissioner has also began to attack our efforts by posting and creating petitions of her own with lament communication for need to have better service which is why we need more signatures. Help us get to 1000 by sharing! 

The issues beyond any health concern is that the city has foregone ethical principals to adequately notify residents, be transparent of the multiple towers and small cells being deployed separately without accounting the collective impact or environmental regulations. 
And negligently dismissing the proximity of homes less than 100ft from the tower's proposed placement. Inaccurate to the application stating 250+ feet. There needs to be greater accountability.
