Comment in Person: Attend the public hearing on Tuesday, April 25th (6:30pm at the Scandia Community Center) and comment in support of the Carry-In Option and tell them to stop expansion plans. We need your voices! 2. Send the City an email: Please send your comments to the Scandia City Council, asking them to support the Carry-In Option and telling them why this site should be preserved and kept natural. Tell them that a large concrete ramp is not only inappropriate, but an abomination at this small National Park on a Wild and Scenic River.
