Councilman Brett Franks Response to Contact City Engineer

Councilman Brett Franks said I should start by talking to the City Engineer. However, I have no response from the Mayor or other city council members. Also, the city engineer has not responded to the email I sent him. I have been told that we can go to a city council meeting and may be presented a chance to speak at the end of the meeting. We can organize to see if we can supporters to attend at the same time.
