Center City Philadelphia has become overrun with joy riders!! Group of teens and young adults with off road vehicles (ATVs and dirt bikes), noisy motorcycles and three-wheelers  have been out in force. In addition to creating a safety hazard by riding on sidewalks and going against traffic, this has deeply affected the quality of life for all. All day and all night they ride through neighborhoods, intentionally creating disturbances.  

Please sign this petition!! We have taken this issue straight to City Hall!! We have arranged meetings with police and city officials and we will vow to keep going until this problem is solved!!
