Appeal filed in the Appellate Court!

Good afternoon neighbors, supporters and friends!

This is just a quick update to let you know that our appeal for the flawed EAW study put forth by Steele County for the East Side Corridor has been officially filed by our attorney in the Appellate court and was just accepted by the judge. Now starts the work of collaborating with our attorney, through 4 years worth of data and shenanigans on the part of the county to support and build our strong case in court. Thank you for all of your support including your financial gifts to make this possible. We still have a ways to go to meet our financial goal, but we are confident we can get there together. Lawsuits should not be required to hold the government accountable however it's the system we currently live in. And without your support, it just wouldn't be possible. We will keep you posted on progress as we move forward with the appeal.
