Our communities are decades behind on issues that should of been addressed! North Montgomery have hundreds of properties that are not only an eyesore to residents and visitors, but also are unsafe, deteriorating, failing structures, and welcoming to criminal behavior! 

Please sign the petition, asking the City of Montgomery, City Council to take further action on demolishing the Northgate Place Apartments off Lower Wetumpka Road/Northgate Drive. Please do not donate any monies attached to this petition! It is not needed! Just sign! 

In the City Codes, Pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 Code of Alabama, this property more than qualify due to deterioration and debilitation due to years of negligence and lack of maintenance!

These apartment buildings are seen through the eyes of our children, our residents as a community forgotten! It represents no hope in change!

It represents a grim visual of a community, and gives the impression that all the residents enjoy seeing their communities look like tumbleweeds should be rolling across our streets and across our yards!

I know we have other issues with people not caring about throwing trash and unloading junk, making our communities look as if it deserve to be in the condition it is in, but we the residents are working on that mindset as well to help bring better change!

These buildings, I must say are a part of the encouraging behaviour that further brings our communities down! We cannot go forward if we are still framed in the past! Tear the units down!
