The youth of Merced would greatly appreciate the opening of a Hookah Lounge in downtown Merced. Not only would it create jobs and add on to the diversity of nightlife entertainment in the downtown area, but it would also provide a safe and secure environment to smoke hookah. Eighteen year olds and older would have a place to go to socialize with friends and relax as they enjoy their Hookahs in a location that is well known, populated, and close to them.
