The properties at lot 10 and 12 Old Pinjarra road in Mandurah, the old western rosella bird park, along the Serpentine river, has already been subject to development and has been partially cleared to make way for a funeral parlour. The funeral parlour is being built directly adjacent to Mandurah Gardens Estate Retirement Village. Now the rest of the land is up for sale.
