A local track and trail system will:

• Provide a more diversified recreational system.
• Give economic stimulus to the community and open un-tapped markets.
• Provide a space for development of a diverse; all ages; all inclusive enthusiast community.
• Put into use public owned space deemed unusable or unable to be developed.
• Keep money in the community that is presently spent elsewhere by participants.
• Educate and promote safety for off-road vehicles.
• Curtail or eliminate illegal riding and trespassing.
