After hundreds of supporters packed both the City of Highland Park City Council meeting last night, and again tonight at the Park District of Highland Park Board of Commissioners meeting, a THREE WAY VICTORIOUS agreement was reached. Both agreed to extend PUBLIC ACCESS to the Park Ave Boating Launch & South Beach through the 2015 boating season.
