DO YOU AGREE?  Stratham Homes & Corona-Norco Unified School District claim that there is room for new students from the 216 new apartments at SUMNER PLACE.  The study estimates 875 new residents will be generated from this new development. 

However, nobody has addressed concerns about traffic congestion around the schools, illegal and unsafe U-turns on Orange Street, backup of cars waiting along Scholar Way, and limited parent parking.

What will happen if the 2nd NEW DEVELOPMENT is approved right next to Eastvale Elementary?
