I submitted a formal inquiry to the City Clerk’s office during last night’s Delta Council meeting.

The letter asks whether Delta Council properly reconsidered its Code of Conduct Bylaw before the legal deadline of January 1, 2026, under Section 113.2 of the BC Community Charter.

The letter was officially received and stamped by the Corporate Office.

This is an important step for transparency and accountability. I will continue to follow up and keep everyone updated as we await a response.
