The City of Dallas has filed a Plea to the Jurisdiction, asking the court to dismiss DPA’s appeal of Judge Robinson’s decision to euthanize Rusty. The hearing on this matter is scheduled to take place on Friday, March 9, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. in County Court at Law No. 5 located on the 5th floor of the George L. Allen Sr. Courts Building, 600 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas 75202. Rusty’s supporters are welcome to attend the hearing, but please wear court-appropriate business attire.
