*UPDATE* We had conference call with a couple of city council members. They apologized for not giving the leagues advanced notice. They mentioned that the park is scheduled to be fully renovated and that we could attend a meeting December 2020 to express our interest in another hockey rink. Obviously, DEC 2020 is enough time to make a team fold. We will be scheduling further meetings with the city. I commend Badfish and RebelTown for giving their statements of impact and asking the tough questions. It is really difficult to remain diplomatic but we were commended for remaining professionals. I can say one thing, they are absolutely reading your letters and he Mayor is very aware. (we saw the forwarding of our emal). We are not idealistic, we are very realistic. Where there is a will there is a way. This isn't out of the realm of possibilities, it's been less than 24 hours and we have had almost 2,000 chime in for support. There is definitely a way and that's what we're fighting for. More to come<3
