I have been promised at private in-person meeting by Public Transport Projects Alliance who is coordinating the Ovingham Level Crossing Removal on behalf of Department of Infrastructure and Transport and City Of Charles Sturt within the next 10 days!
This is a fantastic milestone for this petition - thank you so much for your signing and sharing support so far.
The petition is currently at 472 signatures and it would be amazing to hit 500 before this meeting, so I can take the signature list with me and say confidently that there is a undeniable community need for this.
If you can help me out by sharing this petition link (https://www.change.org/VertSnotDead) again on any social media you have, to get the final 28 signatures I will continue to prepare my pitch: I am putting together evidence that will hopefully address any objection they have.
If I can do this, then there is no logical reason why they can't build this for us!
P.S. If you skate (inline, quad, skateboard) or ride (BMX, scooter) in Adelaide, I have started a Facebook Group with the aim to bring together all those disciplines with the aim to organize a multi-discipline monthly meetup roll West Beach vert. Yours faithfully,
