As promised in this update:
- The updated proposal;
- The petition signature names (don’t worry you email address has not been passed on);
- Comments of support;
- Indicative quotes; and
- Price comparison to building a concrete park (our option is many multiples cheaper)...
Have now been submitted to the Manager of Engineering Strategy & Assets, the Coordinator of Open Space & Property Projects at City of Charles Sturt and to the elected members of the Hindmarsh Ward - Cr Alice Campbell and Cr Paul Alexandrides.
We managed to get 222 signatures and 25 comments within a 7-day period and the signatures are still going up as I write.
The campaigning is not over until it is built, or rejected by council (and still it’s not over then either – I have a Plan B which I’ll reveal in due course if needed), so please keep sharing the link >>> https://www.change.org/VertSnotDead <<< with this update to continue to garner support to show the demand for this community halfpipe.
Yours faithfully,
Orren Prunckun
