What kind of entertainment do we have? Bowling alley? Sure. Parks? Sure. Movie Theaters? Sure. Pools? Sure. What don't we have, that we used to? A roller drome. For many, many years those of us growing up in the 80s, 90s and the early 2000s we had a roller drome in the Cedar Valley that many young people and adults can enjoy family quality time together. Can we do that anymore? No. Why? Because during the floods in 2008 it washed away the roller drome, and the decision was made not to rebuild , and a lot of us were shocked to find out that it wasn't being rebuilt. A lot of us were left devastated because knowing that a big part of our childhood was no longer here. The idea of this petition is to see how many people would be interested to see if we can make a difference in rebuilding a building that can bring back our childhood memories and give those of us that are parents a chance to show our children what we grew up doing.
