Two years and a tougher winter later, municipal sidewalk snow removal in Buffalo remains uncertain. The Rochester program is getting greater exposure though as described by Buffalo News columnist Denise Jewell Gee in the Feb 16, 2015 page B1 column "Sick and tired of snow-filled sidewalks."
